   configure: tidy up `OPT_APPLE_SECTRUST` initialization
   The OS detection variable is not initialized at the time of assigning
   its value to `OPT_APPLE_SECTRUST`. Replace the current empty value with
   `no`. This keeps existing, desired, behavior.
